Thank you for contributing to making the 6th annual Salt Lake Juneteenth Celebration & Black Owned Business Expo a huge success for Utah’s community!

The purpose of this survey is to gain valuable feedback from our 2026 core planning team of program staff and committee members who organized, supported, and shaped this year’s celebration. Your honest feedback will enable us to identify what worked well and where our opportunities for improvement lie. This will be critical to guiding next year’s celebration and ensuring an improved experience for both the 2027 core planning team and our festival attendees.

Because your insights and feedback are so vital to the future of the celebration, this comprehensive survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. Grab a snack, and thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses!

💡 Guidance on Answering Survey Questions

Please respond as openly and honestly as possible. There are no right or wrong answers. We appreciate both positive feedback and constructive suggestions, as they are essential to improving the implementation, execution, and sustainability of the celebration for years to come.

Because our team wears many hats, we’ve kept these questions broad. Your responses can cover feedback on multiple festival elements and logistical aspects. For any question in this survey, you can provide your feedback and insights on specific festival elements (e.g., Kids Corner, Black Art Gallery, Entertainment Stage, etc) AND/OR logistical elements (e.g., marketing, setup, volunteer check-in, website, point of sale, etc).
